White Chocolate Fruity Pebbles Blondies

White Chocolate Fruity Pebbles Blondies

Move over funfetti - there's a new celebration bar in town.

These bars just make you want to smile with rainbow speckled crumbs throughout the white chocolate base. They are soft and cakey with fruity white chocolate flavor in every bite. The white chocolate chips add extra flavor and texture.

So let's go over all the reasons why these bars are amazing...

Taste: Have you ever had white chocolate and Fruity Pebbles before? Oh my gosh...it is a killer combination. I was fortunate enough to have a delicious piece of white chocolate with Fruity Pebbles at a cute little chocolate shop in Newburyport, MA. I knew I had to create a dessert with this flavor combination.

Party in a Bar: Do you see those multi-colored specks of fruity deliciousness? It's the new funfetti! You really can't look at these guys without smiling. Party food for sure.

Easy to Make: I promise this recipe is a piece of cake (er...blondie). No mixer required and easy cleanup.

Processed Fruity Pebbles

Side note: You may be wondering why the cereal is processed down. To prevent soggy bits of cereal! Processed Fruity Pebbles = lots of flavor and no unpleasant chewy cereal bits.

Let's make some dessert!
